Telford "Tilly" Neslon was born in Jamaica. His music career began very early with a few solo albums like: "LIVE AS ONE","WANTED" accompanied by Chris & Squidly, and then "ON THE ROCK", a very phenominal album of pure roots vibes. He then joined CULTURE in the late 1990's singing harmnonies with Albert Walker for the now late and great JOSEPH HILL~ Kenyetta Hill has taken over, and the band continues it's worldwide touring schedule.

"My name is Telford Nelson, I was born in St. Andrew, outside of Kingston. My first recording was in 1975, called Kali Weed, at Harry J Studio in Kingston, on the Weed Beat Label. I have worked with artists like Larry Marshal, Berris Hamond, Joseph HIll and Culture, Stranger Cole, Squidly Cole, and many more. I have a new album coming out soon, to be released next year.
